Glockner Honda Toyota

Our experience purchasing a new Honda. I have been dealing with GLOCKNERS for several years and have found them to be very courteous and trustworthy. They are over an hour from where I live, but are well worth the drive!!! (there are two other dealers within 15 min. from our house). TIM Glockner is a very "down to earth"person who always makes you feel right at home!! Stephen Pelfrey ,our salesman,explained the options very well and didn't try to pressure us at all! Also Robin Frasure was very expedient in doing the paper work and answering all questions we asked with a great smile!!! More

I was undecided how to finance but he gave me several options to choose from. Once I settled on a plan that was good for me Robin Frasure came in and we completed all the paperwork. And then the GM came and thanked me for my business. Nice touch. Also thanks to Caleb for the water and conversation while I waited.
