It was THAT Easy!! I was having a recalled airbag replaced in my Honda Accord and came out with a Honda CR-V. Never has buying a car been so easy! Kevin Castle suggested a test drive and the next thing I knew, I was signing papers for a new/used car. Robin Frasure guided me through the financial process and, once again, it was easy! She was patient and understanding when it came to my questions and the process took very little time. Once the paperwork was completed, Kevin took the time to show me all the bells and whistles and help me get familiar with the essentials before driving my CR-V home. This is my second Honda from Glockner. The first was 13 years old at trade in. Service department has been nothing but incredible and they will work with you in all facets. Why look elsewhere when you can have it all at Glockner Honda/Toyota? More
