As well I was helped with all the paperwork by Peggy Ruggles, she took the time and explained every detail. She welcomed my questions and really made the process understandable. Wonderful! To say it was excellent would be an understatement! My wife and I first went to the other end of the lot for people who's credit is not so hot. Liza told us our credit score may be good enough to purchase a newer car for about the same payment with way less interest. She sent us over to the other lot where we met with Matt Groves. He was friendly and helpful and made sure we got exactly what we wanted! Matt showed us all the features of the car and how they worked, even paired the phones to the Bluetooth! Matt definitely went above and beyond his role. It was an overall 5 star experience! More
