Unfortunately, just a few short weeks ago I had been in a car accident and my vehicle was a total loss . I was in need of a bench seat vehicle that I could use on the mail route to deliver the mail out of. Mr. Matt Groves was ready and willing to help. He was very attentive as he listened to what my family and I was in need of . He knew of the perfect car for me . He went to get the keys and actually drove it right to me , next to the building. I took it for a test drive and went home to show my husband. I knew Matt had picked the right car ... this was the only car he showed me and I knew it was the right vehicle for what I was needing it for. I am very thankful that Matt was the one waiting on us. He was very courteous yet down to earth... very professional and a great listener, it just seemed like the transaction was very seamless and timely and gracious. Our insurance company was only going to pay off so much and Matt Groves introduced us to a price reduction and a check to pay my totaled car off.
