Offer denied. 2 months l8r, car listed below offered price I was looking for a MK3 Ford Focus that had below 50,000 miles and under $13k. Tony in the used-car lot was helping me and kept directing me to cars l I was looking for a MK3 Ford Focus that had below 50,000 miles and under $13k. Tony in the used-car lot was helping me and kept directing me to cars listed over my budget or with higher miles. I decided to test-drive the one that was over my budget. I ended up falling in love with the car, but it was VERY over-priced. I offered a reasonable offer and was told they could not even budge off the price. So I left to look at other dealerships. After looking, I decided that car was going to be my best bet and went back to Glockner the next day. Tony had told me "Thank goodness we didn't sell you that car! It already had paperwork done on it and sold it just after you left!" I was frustrated, but understood. I looked on Glockners website to see if the South Point location had any cars id be interested in. Sure enough, they did. Again, HIGHLY above a fair asking price. I called Tony and offered $2k under asking price. He word-for-word stated "Wow, that's significantly cutting into my pay!" I then knew what kind of people I was dealing with and decided to buy elsewhere. About 2 moths later, that car was listed $2,500 cheaper, and lower than what I offered. That just goes to show you what they could've sold the car for and are just out to get you for what you're worth. I will NEVER even consider, nor step foot on their lot again. More

The sales and service staff are great, caring people and make me feel like a friend rather than a customer. I never feel pressured and they always try to put me in the model that is just right for me, and don't try to sell me more than I need. You might be able to drive to Cincinnati or Columbus and pay a bit less but it is worth it to me to buy from a company that knows my name and gives so much back to the community. More
