We had locked in on a deal locally as we live in West Virginia and at the last minute the salesman said he made a mistake and raised the price $850. I began searching again and called Glockners where I spoke to Pete Saltsman. I explained that I was shopping for the best deal on an Odyssey and Pete called me back with-in 10 minutes and gave me a price that beat everybody w/in 400 miles. I was skeptical considering the experience I had with my local dealer so Pete put the offer in writing and e-mailed it to me. Even then I was a little skeptical until the moment I wrote the check to purchase the van, but Pete's word was his bond and my wife and I got a great deal on the Odyssey that we wanted. Also, Ms. Robin Frasure was very helpful and a real pleassure to work with in sealing the deal. One last thing to mention is the fact that my wife and I had no choice but to take our 4 small children with us to make the purchase and while that is usually stressful, Pete and Robin were very patient with us and even made our kids feel special providing them with juice boxes and playgrounds. I for one appreciate the integrity displayed at Glockner and will absolutely deal with them in the future. More
