New Honda Accord Experience One day, I went to Glockner's Honda to get an oil change for my 2008 Honda Accord. While we were waiting, I started looking at the new vehicles becaus One day, I went to Glockner's Honda to get an oil change for my 2008 Honda Accord. While we were waiting, I started looking at the new vehicles because I was considering buying a new car in the near future. Matt Groves started showing me some of the new features of the newer models. He was very nice and knowledgeable. My husband and I took a test drive. We were considering what color to get. Matt was great at running all different scenarios for payment schedules, etc. The next day we called him back and he ran several more options for us. We decided to buy one. When we went in to pick up the car, he spent a long time explaining all the features of the car (setting up Blue Tooth, seat settings, radio stations, etc) He was very patient since I'm older and pretty clueless about such things! I really enjoyed the buying experience. He made it a very painless experience for me. I had an awesome 08 Accord that I always took there for service so I'm expecting the same great customer service with this new one! I would recommend shopping there for sure. More
