BOUGHT MY 4RUNNER FOR $5,000 LESS THAN ANYWHERE ELSE AND SPENT ONLY 45 MIN. AT THEIR SHOWROOM BEFORE I HAD THE KEYS TO MY NEW SUV. YOU CAN'T BEAT THAT! But I made a bad mistake not trusting them to begin with. I had read a bad review on this dealer as far as financing dept goes. So I was ready for anything when I went to pick up the Toyota 4Runner I was purchasing from them. Because of this, I made a mistake on how much the percentage of financing should've been. In short, I mistakenly though Mack had charged me a higher rate on my SUV than we had agreed upon. Since it was a Sat. when I picked the vehicle up., Mack was not there. I took the car anyway because the price was so very low and Tony was an excellent representative of this dealership. I was still a bit upset with Mack and when an email arrived from Tony asking how I liked my experience at Glockner's, I "unloaded" in an email back to Tony. Mack was kind enough not to let me think I and been taken advantage of. He personally called back the next day and explained what had happened. It was MY MISTAKE ALL ALONG. Mack could've just ignored my ranting because they already had my name on the contract. But, he didn't. He took the time to call me and explain. I let a person I didn't even know, the reviewer, affect my experience with these fine people. I learned a valuable lesson in all of this. When there are 99% favorable reviews and one negative, a person should never expect the worse. It is always good to be aware, but be informed as well. This is an honest dealership with amazing staff, and they treated me with respect and kindness, everyone of them. Also, I was there for about 45min and had my keys and was out the door. We did it all on the phone, and I DIDN'T HAVE TO SIT THERE AND HAGGLE WITH THE MANAGER IN THE BACK LIKE MOST DEALERS DO. The price I paid was $5,000 less than the closest dealer competing for my business. I drove 2 hours from Lexington, KY, because the deal was so worth it! I knew what I was paying and what my payments were before I arrived and they had it all ready to go. In short, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Even if you have to drive a bit! More

Today I took my CR-V in for its first maintenance, and I discovered that the service personnel were also friendly, efficient, and very helpful. Even though this dealership is an hour from my home and there are two Honda dealers which are closer, Glockner is well worth the drive. I have and will continue to recommend them to all everyone I know. More
