Everyone here is friendly like family. No pressure sales, was like taking a friend shopping. They were $3,000 cheaper than anywhere else. I went to Glockner Honda just to see what kind of cars they had in stock. I was so impressed by their pricing, inventory and sales team that I left in a 2011 Honda Accord. But before I bought my new car I they had in stock. I was so impressed by their pricing, inventory and sales team that I left in a 2011 Honda Accord. But before I bought my new car I wanted to be prepared when walking in there so I spent hours researching the trade in value of my car, the MSRP for the car I wanted to purchase, and I also looked in to different dealerships. I live in Indiana so I stopped by 5 local dealerships to see what they had to offer. The staff was not very friendly and all they were worried about was selling you the most expensive car they had on the lot so they could get a big commission check. When I went to Glockner Honda everything was totally different. They care about meeting your needs and your expectations. They are willing to work with you any and every way possible. And all the hours I spent on the internet researching was good knowledge to have but I didn't really need it. They have something called True Market Pricing. Which means that every vehicle on the lot are priced according to what KBB.com and Edmunds.com suggest others are paying for the same vehicle in the market place. This is great because you don't have to go back and forth with the salesman about the price of the car. They were completely honest about the price of the car because it matched up with the pricing the internet gave me for that area. As far as the trade in value for my car goes they were $50 short of what I wanted out of the car. You can't beat that. I just wanted to say this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. If you want a dealership that is hassle free, friendly and honest go to Glockner Honda. I will definitely go back to buy my next car. More

I have purchased 3 new Toyota Sequoias from this dealership. 2001, 2005, & 2008. Great SUVs which have been kept in the family with my daughter.
