Not the best experience due to Manager's disrepectful attitude Sales Guy Russ was great but his manager lacked professionalism totally and almost spoke to me in a disrectful language. When I was pitched on the car, I was told the blue link option had the Auto start option which after I tool delivery realized it was not there. That feature is only available in specific models but not in the one that I was sold. But I was told I had this feature included. After the dealership realized it was their fault for misleading info, they agreed to put a remote starter in the car a standard basis one. More

I also appreciated Joon's patience with me while explaining the many Tucson features and how the features differed between the Limited and Ultimate packages. The only negative experience I had was with the finance person who seemed overly aggressive pushing the need for a 3-month interval between oil changes after the GM had just reassured me that, given my low-miles driving history, I could probably go 5 months between oil changes. I understand that it is the finance manager's job to sell the maintenance packages, and he explained them well, but a customer should not have the last experience before purchase feel dismissive. More
