Very good customer service! We first heard about Godspeed from our daughter. She had visited Godspeed to look at sports cars and while she was there saw some SUV's and knew we we We first heard about Godspeed from our daughter. She had visited Godspeed to look at sports cars and while she was there saw some SUV's and knew we were looking for that type vehicle. So we went to look at some Audi's and while we were there we spotted a Mercedes R350 that was immaculate and had relativily low mileage. To make a long story short we bought the car. Shortly after our purchase we had a service code that we couldn't clear. We brought it to them and they checked everything and figured out that the air cleaner cover was loose, tightened it and we have been enjoying our new car ever since. More

Rude and misrepresentative of vehicle being offered Was interested in their 06 Mystic Blue M3 and inquired about it. Made an offer, got a PPI, found out that there were numerous issues, some fairly serious and in need of immediate addressing, and tried to discuss these with Russ. He refused to talk to me about it, maintained the car was perfect and had "no issues", and that he was "done discussing this with me" and "had 20 people lined up to buy this car." I wrote a full report and posted the issues we found with the car on M3 forum using the VIN of the car which is WBSBR934X6PK11474 to save other people the headache. Russ was extremely unresponsive before we even agreed on price, but then after the PPI came back he wouldn't even talk to me. Discourteous and unprofessional. I will never do business with Godspeed and will warn everyone to stay away from them. More

Busted BMW 5 Series Terrible dealership totally misrepresented the car they sold to me. I test drove the car all seemed fine. They assured me it was a solid car and I looked it over carefully. Once I got home I noticed white smoke out of the cars tailpipe. Took it back they said they corrected the problem. Shortly after I take the car for normal maintenance upon learning that the dealer who sold me the car likely knew the car need valve seal gasket replacement which was to a tune of over $5000 on a car I paid for in all cash. Please stay away from these people at all cost. They are not the least bit trustworthy and will swindle you at the first chance they get. They have definitely left a sour taste in my mouth and left my pockets a lot lighter. Also the customer service was bad which should have been a red flag to me. The receptionist/assistant was not warm somewhat crude. More
