Everyone I have dealt with form the sales department, everyone on the phones, everyone in the main dealership, the volunteers (customer care), and other customers have been wonderful with the exception o everyone on the phones, everyone in the main dealership, the volunteers (customer care), and other customers have been wonderful with the exception of the current service department. The last two years has been horrible. There is a lack of professionalism, customer service, care, and respect. The current manager has reprimanded employees in front of customers, talked poor about former employees to customers. One member of his team lacked common knowledge and understanding of the vehicle, customer service, and interpersonal skills. The department is not as it was when I purchased my vehicle. It is my first Subaru and I can’t say enough about it. My son loves it and I recommend it to anyone that asks. My family was looking to purchase another Subaru and we had a wonderful experience with the sales department and the customer care person. However, I dead going into the service department. I can’t see being able to purchase a new vehicle from Gold Rush Subaru and I can’t bring myself to recommend anyone doing so because of the service department at Gold Rush Subaru. I found all of the people at the Gold Rush Subaru to be extremely helpful and positive. I just experienced another example of the outstanding service provided by Gold Rush. I significantly damaged my outback by hitting a curb, and limped home.
