I was pleased with the value given for the trade in and the ease of adding a couple of accessories to the order. We have had so many challenges the last two weeks - health problems, family problems, work stress - when our car stopped working after thinking it was repaired it was one thing too many. That next day we talked to our bank about funding, rented a car and after reading reviews of different Suburu Dealorships we called Gold Rush. We had the good fortune of talking with John Ingrim on that first call. They had one new Impreza left and we told him we there around 5. To our delight he trusted us that we were coming and in a very short time we were driving away with our beautiful new car. John made the whole experience comfortable, easy, straightfoward and with honest transparcy about the costs and process. The car itself is wonderful to travel in and it has lots of thoughtful features, great visibility and lots of room - my husband and I are both tall and we can stretch out our legs! Bill walked us through all the features and listened to our needs and priorities for a new Subaru. Tiffany is going to meet us in a couple of weeks to go deeper in explanation and answer any questions about the technology and Jessica did a great job explaining everything in our contract and setting us up on a warranty plan that makes the most sense for our needs. We also do all of our service at Gold Rush in Auburn and buy our tires when they are ready for changing. Steve Riolo and Colin Bruice have been great service advisors and give exceptional customer service!! Big thanks to Steve for linking us to Bill McCoy and taking care of my Forester turbo with 317k.
