I'm 66 years old and I have purchased many new cars in my life but this was my favorite experience. We got lucky and got a straight forward, friendly, knowledgeable, young salesperson named Alex Sprock. W life but this was my favorite experience. We had our trade-in evaluated, we found the car to our liking which was in transit so we reserved it. Alex kept us informed about the car and when it came in he let us know it was in but would not be ready until the next day. We agreed on an out-the-door price which was easy. When we were writing the contract Alex was making sure the car would be ready to go (Taking the sticker off, etc). Upon our purchase Alex showed us how the car worked and assigned both of our phones to the cars bluetooth. This is our second car with Gold Rush and if I may say about Alex Sprock, he's a no nonsense, knowledgeable straight shooter. You will not go wrong asking for Alex. More
