Dear Robert, We are incredibly disappointed with your review. After purchasing the vehicle, we went above and beyond to address the issue you initially raised with us. Unlike most other dealerships, we will lose money on vehicles to ensure everything is in excellent working order. As soon as you brought the issue to our attention, we immediately had a certified Chevrolet mechanic look into it. This mechanic is one of Arizona's most experienced Corvette mechanics, so we knew he could properly diagnose and repair the issue. Initially, the mechanic attempted to fix the part that was causing the problem. However, we understood that you were not satisfied with the repair, so we entirely replaced the part instead. After replacing the part, we sent you numerous videos of the repair work before we went out of our way to deliver the vehicle to you on Super Bowl Sunday, which was 45 minutes from our dealership. We were surprised to hear that you had brought up another issue with the vehicle 50 days after taking possession. Nevertheless, we offered to look at the car and work with you to resolve the problem. We agreed the factory warranty should have covered the issue. And we were willing to bring it back to our specialist for further examination. Remember, this vehicle you purchased is a seventeen-plus-year-old vehicle that we are going above and beyond to make as solid as possible. We have paid a reputable third-party mechanic to fix the issue, and they are willing to honor the warranty on the repair. We did not try and do the minimum; we fixed everything possible to ensure the quality of the vehicle. We understand your frustration. Unfortunately, we do not have unlimited resources to have shop after shop look at the vehicle when we had already paid for this repair. In addition, there have now been modifications to the car that we would need to ensure are not causing any issues. We are not a repair facility, and as you stated, you expect us to stand behind the repair. And the repair facility we used is willing to stand behind the repair. We also offered to repurchase the vehicle if you were unhappy with it. However, when you informed us that you had done $6,000 worth of upgrades to the car and wanted to be reimbursed, this put us in a very tricky situation. You have been unable/unwilling to provide us with receipts or any details on what was done to the vehicle. Additionally, you could not provide us with the accurate mileage of the car. Despite all of this, we are still willing to work with you and find a reasonable solution to the problem. At this point, you do not want the mechanic (considered one of the best Corvette mechanics in Arizona) to fix the work that was done and is still under warranty. Please consider this from our point of view: we are willing to repair the vehicle (which we have already paid to fix). Another option is that we are eager to repurchase the car for the original purchase price paid. We are still determining what more we can do. We hope you reconsider your review and see that we are going above and beyond what 99.9% of other dealerships would be willing to do.

Cliff, after our conversation we had with you, we want to offer a reply to your review. We definitely made a mistake on the listing of the ad and apologize for that. Even though we have a disclaimer on all our ads that we can’t guarantee options on the vehicles, we immediately took the vehicle back and gave you a full refund. That included absorbing the total cost of the shipping fees ($2,500). We did this right away because it was the right thing to do. We don’t know of too many other dealerships who would do that. In addition, we had two different shops inspect the Corvette on three different occasions including a franchise Chevrolet dealership and a Corvette specialist. Based on your feedback we had the vehicle re-inspected when it returned to us. Yes, there is some rust on the vehicle, however the professionals assured us that there was no sign of any flooding to the vehicle. The wiring, the computers, and the frame per both stores show no sign of any flood damage. We are a family-owned, local store and we try to be as upfront as possible with all our customers. We are not perfect and things can be missed be we have all our vehicles third party inspected. We hope you will reconsider this review. Feel free to reach back out, you have the owner’s personal number. Thank you -Goldie’s
