Bought 2021 Dodge Ram. Now during the hottest time of the year no AC. Had to wait a week to get truck in. 2 days for diagnosis in which I had to call to get status. Told had to order AC actuator and would be 3 to5 days to get part. After waiting a week called back to get status of part. Had to wait on hold for someone who knew what I was talking about. Then told they had no estimated delivery date. I checked with NAPA they have part available and it fits 2019 and up. Goldstein says truck is to new and part is unavailable. They didn’t have an answer when they were told I can get the part at NAPA. Now I believe they either forgot to either order the part or don’t want to fix since it’s under warranty. The most annoying thing is that now I truly believe they are lying to me. Now I’m going back to talk to dealer manager but have little hope. Now a month in this heat with no AC in new truck. Stay away and find a dealer with better service. More

I've actually bought a few different cars from this company and I don't know why I keep coming back I say that because every time I purchase a vehicle here every time it comes time to me to put it into company and I don't know why I keep coming back I say that because every time I purchase a vehicle here every time it comes time to me to put it into the shop on new Loudon road in Latham there's always an issue whether they're not filling up my fluids for my oil changes correctly or Every time I tell them I don't want their car wash it's a waste of time and it's not done correctly that I pay for it somewhere else because at least I know then it will be done right or them not returning phone calls or the fact that I have to show up in person to find out what's going on with my car after it's been there for 2 whole weeks I was told originally that I would have to wait 96 hours for my car to be looked at which was understandable considering everything that's going on with covid and life right now and then come Thursday Friday when I called I was told my car was being put in for a Diagnosis no call Thurs or Fri Obviously they're closed over the weekends but I literally have called every single day and left messages over the past week and not one of them has been returned Then I call today 3 times trying to get ahold of my service advisor and a manager of the service area and I got hung up on after being reasonably upset because clearly I've been ignored since my car arrived I called back I got hung about again I've left ample message 4 the service department managers and service advisers It's the little things that matter and need to be payed attention to not when I tell them I don't want a car wash but every time I go there to get an oil change I get one anyway I don't care if it's free I pay for a better car wash somewhere else because you guys can't even do that right it's a shame it took me having to drive all the way to Latham from Troy to get a answer about my vevehicle I don't know where the customer service is at this place or if they just do what they want but it's very unprofessional that I got hung up on 3 times that I've left ample messages for the managers and the service advisers of this company and I get no answers until I show up you guys need to conduct yourselves 10 times better horrible customer service here I will not be coming back to you after I'm done paying off this vehicle that's for sure More

SCAM, stay away! The dealership tried charging 7 times the going rate for a diagnosis for my Promaster. They gave me a WRONG diagnosis and refused to refund any money. Always reliable and attentive I run a dog daycare and my car serves as a Pup Bus for pick up and drop off service. Although all areas are covered, dog hair gets everywhere.
