After the driver assist system was corrupted on my new Forester, which created a dangerous driving environment on the highway, I called the service department and was told that the earliest I could get an Forester, which created a dangerous driving environment on the highway, I called the service department and was told that the earliest I could get an appointment was eleven days out. I asked if they could guarantee that the car would be safe to drive in for service. I was told that if I thought that the car was unsafe I should get it towed, but that the car still would't be seen for two weeks. I asked if I should go to another Subaru dealership. I was told that that would be no problem and that I should go ahead and do that if I wanted. I was told to make sure I canceled my appointment if I do so. Why should I ever buy another car from Goldsteins? More

Everything was perfect except the time I had to wait. I was told three times that the service would 90 minutes. I was out in 2 hr and 20 minutes. This is not the first time I had to wait past the time given. I didn’t take a car since it was only 1 1/2 hrs. You need to not over schedule service appointments. More

This is my second Subaru… The first one the start of winter 20,000 miles. Now this one just had a flat tire that took over five hours to get to the dealership to get fixed.
