A very fine cooperative car dealership. I have worked successfully with these folks at Goldstein Dealership for over20 years . I’ve had several different relationships with different auto Dealerships . Goldstein is the only one I would recommend to family and friends . Thank you Daveggie 👍

Hello same, Scheduling an appointment for service is always an option for our customers. You are correct though, no appointment is required to use our express lane service. They are able to do oil changes, tire rotations, change light bulbs and fuses. Any additional service concerns require an appointment. Our Express lane operates on a first come, first serve basis so your wait time will vary. Early mornings are especially busy and we normally suggest late morning or early afternoon is the best time to avoid long waits.

Merian-Webster defines express as "designed or intended to be used for fast movement or travel". A better sign for the outside of the building might be "First Come First Serve Lane".

Yes scheduling issues have been addresed, thanks. This matter could have been avoided if Service desk would have informed me that appnts for 6mo/6k service were actually possible when I called to make one, as opposed to sending me to the Express Service line. Thanks again to Joe Bombard for addressing the matter.
