The people I spoke with were very nice. The wait wasn't as long as I thought it would be. Everything was well documented and explained. I knew everything I needed to by the time I left. My wife and I have purchased many cars in our lifetime but we have never had such a comfortable sales experience. He is the best, down to earth, salesperson we have ever dealt with. He also provided us with a comprehensive review of all the safety features and the bells and whistles on our new Subaru Forester. "Yuko is fair and honest" I came in about 2 weeks ago to work with Yuko Lovely on the purchase of a new car, and she was absolutely amazing. She responded to my phonecalls and I came in about 2 weeks ago to work with Yuko Lovely on the purchase of a new car, and she was absolutely amazing. She responded to my phonecalls and e-mails prior to my arrival both quickly and bluntly (that is a good thing). At no time did I feel any pressure from Yuko, and more importantly she was honest. She did not try to up-sell me anything, she only showed me what I wanted. She answered almost all of my questions (even the difficult ones), and I was treated very well. Quite frankly, honesty is something very rare to find in a dealer, and thus I highly recommend Yuko. More

Service department check in needs upgrade. In general, great service. But, you walk into service department and no one acknowledges you. 4 desks when you enter front door of Service department. White haired lady next to outside door, looked up briefly several times and then right back down at her computer. 3 men at another computer, laughing and watching a video. A man doing paperwork never looked up from his desk. Another man was on the phone with a customer, He finished conversation and, because I was standing right in front of his desk, greeted me and was then very helpful. I watched this same scenario happen to 2 more customers that came through the front service door. No greeting. No "I will be with you soon". Customers standing up to 10 min, looking from desk to desk, without anyone acknowledging them. More

Not the usual dealership entry experience—great! The showroom is large, bright, and well organized, not only with one of every Subaru model, but space to move and look around, too. Parking, entry, sales, service, and inventory. CHECK. Happy and warm welcome? Double check. Goldstein is worth a visit in this area, anytime! Highly recommended. More
