Very unhappy with the service I received. Never received any updates on the status of my car and it was held overnight without any notification. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach my service writer Lori, I called the SM Brandon and was unable to reach him. Finally, late in the day on day 2, the receptionist was able to track down my paperwork and inform me my car was ready. Again, no call or text form Lori. To boot, they never fixed the check engine problem. I understand they're busy, but a brief update call or text is not too much to ask. When I picked up my car, I was told it was parked in the first 2 rows out front. Nope! It was parked all the way in the back. More
