I bought a new 2025 Outback at Goldstein's and every step was made easy by our Sales Representative James and then the Finance Manager Kevin. Sales always low balls trade ins and don’t want to negotiate anything. Not even on the MSRP price. They told me to sell my car to Carmax and come back with the cash. My trade in is in excellent condition and they went at least $2000 below trade in value. Goldstein made $17K when they repaired the fender bender. I only went there because they are the only ones that have a new 25 Forester I want so I can get a lower interest rate. With their numbers, I might as well get a 2026 at another dealer at the higher interest rate and still make out better. If you want a good deal, go to Troy. Always got a good deal there. These guys just want to squeeze you for every penny. Haven’t had any major issues with the service department the few times I was there but I don’t see myself going there either. More
