You ignored the fact that the AC you installed is worse then the original. It now makes a lot of noise when the AC is turned on, and the back of the van is not air conditioned. The front usually works but sometimes I start to feel warm air blow out. And on a 90° day, no one wants to be in a hot van because the air conditioner that was supposed to be fixed was not. And I have young kids that have to ride in the van. Nothing you did that day was accommodating for us so please don't say you trying to accommodate customers as best as possible. Originally we were told by the dealer you bought out that it was just a pipe leak. We waited for the part to come in and made the appointment. After several hours passed, you seem to think it's the compressor that's no good. And end up keeping the van overnight so you can replace it with one that doesn't really work.. did you even replace it? Did you damage the original when you were trying to change the pipe? Gas and tolls are not cheap, and we had to bring our secondary vehicle all the way out there because what was supposed to be fixed in one day and if to be a two-day ordeal, which never really resolved the problem. Yes, we are disappointed at our visit

Thank you for your feedback. As you know, there has been an increase in oil production over the past few months. Therefore, oil change prices have also increased. Service stations or 'quick lube' locations operate 90% of their service business with oil changes. Their volume allows for a slight discount. After reading your review, I retrieved the records and noted that Scott, your Service Advisor, began leaving you messages Friday, July 16th thru Thursday, July 22nd. After speaking with one another, you authorized Scott to place the order for the necessary parts, in order to complete the repairs needed. Scott stated that the parts would arrive the following day (Friday) or Monday. The parts arrived Monday morning and shortly thereafter you retrieved your vehicle. Unfortunately, we were not provided sufficient time to complete the repairs. The extended time between the initial call from Scott, to finally connecting with you, was the cause of the week long delay. Again, thank you for your feedback.
