Usually my rating is much higher but my last visit was extremely disappointing. Working with Jonathan is always pleasant and he did his best on this visit, also…BUT…I arrived early, at 11:30 for a 12:00 a extremely disappointing. One of the main reasons I use this dealership is because of their shuttle service. I expected the shuttle at noon, the time of my appointment. I had to wait until 1:45 for a shuttle. Ridiculous! THEN, when I returned Jonathan had left for the day and the girl who took his place couldn’t find my car or my key fob. I expected to show up, pick up my car, and GO! I wish! I was there at least another hour while she tried to find my paperwork, fob and car. VERY unsatisfactory. More

I like going to Golf Mill much better than Jennings. I was a regular customer at Jennings for years however they screwed me on an oil change so I moved to Golf Mill. I called ahead for an appointment for oil change, TPS sensors & a leaking left rear axel seal. That was a Tuesday. Having to wait until Friday to get my truck back is silly to me. I was an autotech for 25 years ( I can verify) All of my experience is on euro cars but I am pretty certain it does not take 4 days to complete these. The axel seal is 4 hours max - with break shoes. I know the game but I am paying for a rental. It does'nt seem right to me. Sadly, I may have to start looking for another dealer More

Took a month to carry you the repairs, they lost my warranty paperwork, said they would reprint it and didn’t, passenger door was damaged while in their care, and communication was poor.
