I’ve had a very poor service experience on multiple occasions, particularly when working with my service advisor and dealing with consistently poor communication. The final issue for me occurred aft occasions, particularly when working with my service advisor and dealing with consistently poor communication. I brought the vehicle in for its 10,000-mile service and also reported a concerning noise when AWD was engaged, asking that it be investigated. That concern was ignored, as I was forced to bring the vehicle back weeks later after hearing very loud crunching sounds when engaging AWD. During that follow-up visit, your team discovered that two driveshaft bolts were missing from the recall work. While the issue was repaired at no cost, my original complaint was never acknowledged or addressed. This was a serious safety failure. If the driveshaft had detached while I was driving, it could have resulted in a serious accident with my family in the vehicle. I requested to speak with a manager to understand how this happened, especially since the vehicle has only ever been serviced at your location. I never received a response. As a result, you’ve lost a customer. More
