Took my Chevy in for service work with a scheduled morning appointment. No call from a service manager until late afternoon saying they haven't even looked at the vehicle and would like to keep it ove morning appointment. I give them one star for lack of communication to the customer. When I bought my vehicle from Chevy, they guaranteed their service department was excellent. It's far from it. Had several items to be looked at when brought my car in. One of which was a new part. They took great care of me. I had to leave my car there and they provided transportation so I could get home and back la One of which was a new part. They took great care of me. She kept me apprised of any and all developments until my car was ready. I can't say enough about the good care my car received. I will never go anyplace else. More
