Beware - Bait and switch specialists. I saw a new 2015 car online that I was interested in. I called the dealership to confirm they still had it, they told me they did and I drove an hour I saw a new 2015 car online that I was interested in. When I got there they told me that the car I saw online was already sold, but they had a 2013 model that they would be happy to sell me for almost the same price as the new car. The original 2015 car that was "already sold" is still on the web site offered for sale. Beware More

What I am upset about is the lack of communication, the quality of work, and the customer service. During the 8 weeks that my vehicle was in, I called nearly once a week to find the status. I was promised by my service writer that I would be called the following week. TWO weeks later, I had to call because I heard nothing. I pick up my vehicle and was treated like I was an inconvenience by the cashier. I never met my service writer. The cashier merely pointed at my car outside. Nobody went over my car with me. Nobody reviewed the repairs upon completion. Nobody cleaned the car. It smelled awful! I went to turn the vehicle on and noticed my button to start the vehicle was in my cup holder. I turned on the heat and the rank smell of the shop nearly made me vomit. I spoke with the service manager that told me he didn't want to give me excuses, as he spewed one after another. On my drive home, I noticed that additional pieces of my dash were in my cup holder and I had to put that back together as well. WORST experience ever! Thank God I wasn't in an accident!!! The problem was from a natural disaster that affected my vehicle. I cannot believe they are still in business. What a shame! More

This was a finance guy that sold me the warranty that I did NOT need. The car I purchased was a vehicle that was still under the manufacturing warranty for another year and a half. The finance guy (Mike) told me that the manufacturing warranty is only good for another "month or two." Had I not followed up with Mazda directly, I would have never known. I called them immediately and tried to cancel the warranty Mike sold me. I called and emailed the sales guy and he never got back to me. Called and talked to the manager ROY, he said he'd talk to Mike but he never got back to me either for 3 days. I eventually called and talked to him and was able to get the cancel form faxed to me. Horrible customer experience and service. Would not recommend this dealership to ANYONE. Glad I'm done dealing with them. More
