A Good Experience I recently purchased a car for my son's graduation. I was working with Teddy down and good Chevrolet. Stress Free and great customer service I needed to buy a new car and my husband and I decided to got to Good Chevrolet. I was a bit nervous because I was not sure if I was going to find wha I needed to buy a new car and my husband and I decided to got to Good Chevrolet. I was a bit nervous because I was not sure if I was going to find what I wanted and wasn't even sure what I wanted. As soon as we arrived Jimmy Juma greeted us and he helped me and my husband with friendly and expert customer service he did not push us or stress us out. Jimmy took us in to see Charlie Nguyen who sat with us and showed us pictures of cars that we might like. We saw a car with low millage and within our price range. Charlie took the time with us to show all our options and we test drove the vehicle and knew this is what we wanted, the first car we saw. We only looked at one car I feel Charlie and Jimmy knew what I wanted before I did. I was very comfortable going through the buying process with Charlie and the financial process with Carrie Krone. They all were very friendly and personable and they did not stress us out and push us into buying a car just to make a sale they all made sure we were happy with the car we chose. Best prices and no baloney I was shopping for a Chrysler Town & Country mini van for about a month, visited several dealers in the area but ended up at Good Chevrolet because th I was shopping for a Chrysler Town & Country mini van for about a month, visited several dealers in the area but ended up at Good Chevrolet because their prices were among the lowest for used T&C's and rather than feeling pushed around like at some dealers I really got the impression that these people, from the receptionist to Leo the detailer, enjoy what they do and do their very best to make the customer happy. I normally call the visit with the finance manager to sign the papers "entering the lion's den" because that is the last opportunity they have to sell you profitable add-ons before you sign on the dotted line and at other dealerships I felt a lot of arm twisting, but it wasn't like that here. Dave Rehwaldt was passionate about some things he thought I should have but all-in-all I did not feel pressured to get anything I didn't want. I misunderstood some things with the service agreement and went back the next day to ask him about them and he was welcoming and straightforward in his explanations to help me see things I hadn't thought of. Jimmy Juma and Ken Paton made the choosing experience a pleasure by bending over backwards to answer all my questions and looking up items, getting cars for me to see. No buyers remorse here! My sister and brother-in-law bought several cars from Good Chevrolet back in the eighties and nineties and my employee bought a Malibu from them recently and all had the same experience.
