Great Experience I Had been shopping online for a 2015 suburban for a couple weeks when Id found a couple I really liked that were priced well at Good Chevrolet. I called to verify they still had some since me and my husband would be driving about 2 hours to get there. I spoke with Richard and he personally took the time to go out and make sure they still had each vehicle available on the lot so I made an appointment to go take a look. When we got there Richard was busy so he had his partner Jordan help us and let me tell you it was a really amazing experience. He found out why we were looking at suburbans, what we liked and didn't like about the vehicle, and he had answers for every question we had. He showed us 3 different ones so we could find which one we like best and had the options we wanted. We were really wanting a dvd player so he then suggested one that had just come in with a lot less miles and a dual dvd and we fell in love with it. All in all it was a very professional atmosphere, both Richard and Jordan took time and patience to actually help us find the right vehicle instead of being pushed onto one, and Jordan even got us a discount on all weather floor mats. Not enough good things to say definitely will be referring everyone I know looking for a vehicle to good Chevrolet to see Jordan and Richard. More
