His main focus was just that I was happy with the service they were providing regardless of whether I bought a car from them or not. He was very patient ( 5 hours and many test drives later) and easy to talk to. He also was very attentive to my needs, offering water and snacks (since I had been there awhile.) When I decided on a car, the paperwork portion went very quickly and smoothly, the finance manager Julie was very organized and efficient. As long as Ken is still working here, Good Chev. will definitely get my repeat business. More
