2014 Chevy Captiva (All White) Being a recent college graduate and owning my own vehicle as pretty amazing . Until I was ran off of the side of the road and my car was totaled out. Just the thought of looking for a vehicle was stressful. Not ever having to pay a car note and only paying for insurance. I didn't know where to look where to start or what to do. My car search experience has/was A nightmare.... Before July 27, 2015 when I came to the good Chevy of Renton. That is where my mother and I met Teddy Sharp. From him greeting us with a big smile. To him really listening to what I wanted/looking for in a vehicle. You can tell that he genuinely cared it wasn't just about getting someone into a car that has been sitting for 50+ days. Or just to get the bonus/commission. He genuinely wanted to get you in a vehicle that you feel comfortable, safe and reliable in. And that was in your means of living. I appreciate all the help that Mr. sharp was. And I respect him not only a sales man but a person for looking out in the best interest for the people that he comes across daily. "Chrysler 200" Our salesperson Richard showed my mother the exact vehicle we were looking for at Good Chevrolet in Renton. Even though it was a Chrysler he showed he Our salesperson Richard showed my mother the exact vehicle we were looking for at Good Chevrolet in Renton. Even though it was a Chrysler he showed her how certain features worked. It had been 20 years since she has had a new vehicle. He took us on a test drive and it was all said and done. My mother is very happy with her purchase and I am very happy with the ease and efficient way we were handled. From the time we hit the door to the time we drove off, everyone was friendly and accommodating at the dealership. . Even financing wasn't the usual nightmare. Richard and AJ even took the car for an oil change, so no worries or the next 5 months. That is above and beyond in my book.
