This issue was resolved in a timely manner by installing a completely new cruise control device in the vehicle for no added cost. I had been looking for a full size truck for a while and ran accross some excellent prices at Good. They were able to meet the price range and payments I required in order for me to feel comfortable about b ran accross some excellent prices at Good. I had been to several other dealers in the area which were actually closer to my home, but they were unable to match the deal I could get at Good Chevrolet. I also hate buying cars because of the typical high pressure sales person, but working with Victor Guskov was extremley painless and was one of the best buying experinces I have ever had. I would actually pay more to have a pleasant experience like I had at Good, than to be hassled all day about price and have it explained to me why I cant get it at what I want or need. Thank you. We were definitely in the market for a new car on Saturday and we wanted to buy American! After having somewhat of a negative experience at two prior dealerships, we decided to go to Good Chevrolet. Our first salesman was Dave and we took the new Cruz for a test drive. it didn'thave the power that we were looking for and so Dave turned us over to Victor, who seemed to be quite a bit more experienced in the vehicles characteristics and what we were looking for. We test drove the Malibu for a good drive, my wife drove it and we then came back to "talk about price". There was never any pressure by Victor or anyone else to "take the deal right away or it won't work" like we have gotten at other dealerships. It did take a little creative bargaining to get what we thought was a good deal and a good price on our trade-in and my wife and I went out to our old car to talk it over. Made a few calls, looked on the internet on her computer that she brought and we decided that we probably could not get a better deal anywhere than what we were offered. Went back in and gave our final offer to Victor, he went into the boss and came back out with good results!! We are very happy with our car, and, so far, the service that I received today was exceptional. Good job Victor!! Keep it up. More

Got more vehicle for less then other dealerships. Sales person listened to my demands and did not try and push on in a vehicle that we did not want.
