This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Good Chevrolet & this experience was better than the first. Al was very easy to work with. I have never bought a car from a dealership and was nervous about doing so...but now I would go back and in 5-10 years buy another car from this dealership if they had the car from a dealership and was nervous about doing so...but now I would go back and in 5-10 years buy another car from this dealership if they had the car I would be interested in. I gave Al all fives because I had gone to two other dealerships to purchase the Jeep Liberty and I was very annoyed by the salesmen at other dealerships in Renton. However, as soon as I came to Good Chevrolet Al was right there ready to help (I had to wait 20 minutes to get a salesman to help me at the Jeep Dealership in Renton). We got to the lot at opening and were promptly greeted by Ted who was very personable and by far one of the nicest salesmen I have had the opportunity to work with. I didnt have any luck finding the color I wanted; so, thats when I started calling dealerships. That's how I got referred to josh graham internet sales. While other dealerships kept calling and calling me to come in to drive a camaro that didnt meet my specifications, josh took the time to locate my dream camaro. After the loan was approved and after josh had found the best bank interest rate for me, josh had my dream camaro delivered to the dealership. Before and during the test drive, I was impressed that josh knew everything about my new 2011 camaro and he showed me how to operate all the gagets(smile). I have heard all the horror stories about purchasing a new car at dealerships; but, my experience with Josh , the finance mgr, and the accessories mgr were extremly professional and courteous.
