My dependable 1999 Stratus had just been totaled by a mayhem driver (18 yr old teenager). I needed a newer high quality vehicle fast. After speaking with my longtime mechanic and a few friends, I decided to look for a Toyota Corolla. My search began in earnest beginning with Enterprise. Enterprise has a no-dicker sticker policy. With the economy being as is, in shambles, I knew I could do much better. I tried several other dealerships to include a Toyota all to no avail. No one wanted to sell me a car, and we were nearing the end of the month at that! I was completely baffled by what was happening. Before leaving town on a business trip, I emailed a dealership--Good Chevrolet of Renton--which had posted an e-sales ad showing a very nice blue 2009 Toyota Corolla with 33k/m. The price I was offering was $11,800. All places--including this one--were asking $12,500+ depending on the mileage. While out of town the salesman--Josh Graham--had read my response to their ad and heard my concerns. Initially he was firm on the dealerships ad price, but after learning that I was actively searching elsewhere and serious about buying, decided to go to bat for me. He came back with the price I wanted-$11,800! After returning to town I drove to the dealership in my rental and borrowed the car for a couple of hours and had it inspected by my longtime mechanic and a collision repair shop. This 2009 blue Toyota passed both inspections. I returned to Good Chevrolet later that afternoon and closed the deal without any headaches or typical kinds of car-buying-experience games. Thanks Josh! I would encourage all veterans to contact Josh when looking to purchase or replace a car destroyed by a mayhem driver. Josh is not afraid to fight for your price to drive. More

I am so thankful to find a shop that I can bring my Suburban to, knowing I will not be over charged or given quotes for work that I dont need. I received a call that is almost unheard of in this industry! "Good news! It was a simple fix!"....not the major problem I told them I thought I had. The staff seemed HAPPY for me and excited to share the good news that I was saving money! I drive 30 miles to bring my car to Good Chevrolet, because I trust them. When I am in the market for a new vehicle, this will be where I purchase it! More

The dealer is a big dealer. And they will tell you the truth. (I wasted money before I went to this dealer. One small dealer cheated me saying car no accident, but the inspection showed the car is not go truth. (I wasted money before I went to this dealer. I got my ford with a great price. And Josh and his manager is very helpful. They will not trick you for things like insurance or addons too. I like the dealer. More

Josh Graham, the salesman, was friendly but not pushy. When I decided that I was interested in the car he was fair and honest when coming to an agreement on the price, for my trade-in and the vehicle I was purchasing. In fact, I think they really did try and work with my financial constraints and were flexible with me, not dismissive or rude like other experiences I have had. I would recommend this dealership to others. More
My husband and I recent bought a new car at Good Chevrolet in order to accomidate our growing family. I recently bought a Nissan Maxima from Victor and Bryant and both of their customer service skills were superb. They made sure I was comfortable while I was there and addressed all of my wants in purchasing and both of their customer service skills were superb. Very pushy salesman. Had me filling out financing paperwork before I could even test drive the car. Then when I decided not to buy, I was insulted, mocked and let feeling aweful.
