The silver lining was Johnathan Valdez---he was my customer service guy a couple years ago and this time he again was able to get me out of my fix. He made sure I got a master technician to fix the work that wasn't done well the first time. Johnathan well above and beyond as much as he possibly could to ensure I was comfortable with the process. The purchase experience with Von Moore was awesome. No high pressure tactics, no relentless attempts to upsell. Sales managers and finance managers are often the worst part of the car buying experience for me, but Amir and Paul were easy to work with. I've also used the service department on a few occasions now and Kabrin and Erica have been great as well. We were so happy with our MDX and so enjoyed working with Goodson, we also bought an ILX 3 months later. Not trying to oversell this place. My experience was honestly that good. More
