Lack of Customer Service and Accountability I've had the same reoccurring issue with my 2017 Ford Escape for a year and a half. Inside door panel keeps coming apart. 7 times for the same issue a I've had the same reoccurring issue with my 2017 Ford Escape for a year and a half. Inside door panel keeps coming apart. 7 times for the same issue and it never gets permanently resolved. Now the issue is happening on the other side and service claims it's cracked and needs to be approved by Ford or it's on my dime. The door would not even open when I brought it in and was most likely done by the tech that forced the door open. I've reached out to the GM Chris Flynn several times and he always assures me everything will get taken care of. The service manager was supposed to be there at my last appointment but was no where to be found when I got there. This dealership is run by people who have no clue what customer service is and how to follow through on promises. Stay away! More
