From the first time in the shop, even with my misunderstanding of what was going on that day, the staff was nothing but kind. The blind spot sensor that I needed was unavailable, no fault to deal misunderstanding of what was going on that day, the staff was nothing but kind. The blind spot sensor that I needed was unavailable, no fault to dealer, and I believe the staff once again went beyond what was necessary. The service desk, manager and technicians definitely deserve an apology from me for being quite misunderstanding at first, they got me calmed and help me understand the issues.
