The service writer was fine, but the process was terrible. I had a recall on the camera and it would take up to an hour for them to diagnose the issue. then was told after dropping it off that the r terrible. I had a recall on the camera and it would take up to an hour for them to diagnose the issue. then was told after dropping it off that the recall was paused, so it’s my choice if I still wanted them to diagnose the issue or not. I decided to go ahead and pay for diagnosing the camera issue on my own dime. I waited for about 2.5 hours for them to diagnose the issue. My original appointment was 11 AM and didn’t get out of the dealership until 2:30. Nothing prior to the diagnosis appointment telling me to be prepared for that long of wait. Overall I hate going to dealerships and this whole thing felt like a scam to get me to come in and pay for a diagnostics test (on a known issue according to Ford). More
