Car repair I brought my car in to get serviced for wheel vibration, left pull, Sync system acting up and my Lincoln right approach light not working right. At first I was told that nothing can be done about the wheel situation but after voicing my opinion, another tech took over it and she is great. No more problems. The approach light is fine and my Sync System seems to be working fine as well. I called two other Ford dealers in my area and they ha I recently moved out of the area of Gordie Boucher in West Bend. My car needed service quickly. I called two other Ford dealers in my area and they had no up coming appointments available. I called Gordie Boucher were I had taken my car for oil changes and hoping they would have an opening sooner than the other two dealers. They were able to get me in 3 days later and I could not be happier. I will be taking my car back to them with familiar faces in the future for any kind of service. Thank you for being available! As a Dentist of over 40 years experience I am a fanatic about preventative maintenance for all things....especially my beloved Ranger! Beau Blotzer (Service Advisor) and Bob Goyen (Technician) are truly a "Dynamic Duo" for the Boucher Group Service Department in West Bend, WI, and have consistently kept my Ranger in tip-top condition over the years, in fact, my 10 year old Ranger literally runs and "feels" as good as the day I took delivery of it 10 years ago!! Thanks Beau and Bob!! :)...........I would literally give them "10 Stars" but your survey only has 5 Stars on it....too bad!! More
Staff was upfront on the needed repairs. Front end repairs were needed for my vehicle. . Your staff is always friendly and answer all questions. Lack of Customer Service and Accountability I've had the same reoccurring issue with my 2017 Ford Escape for a year and a half. Inside door panel keeps coming apart. 7 times for the same issue a I've had the same reoccurring issue with my 2017 Ford Escape for a year and a half. Inside door panel keeps coming apart. 7 times for the same issue and it never gets permanently resolved. Now the issue is happening on the other side and service claims it's cracked and needs to be approved by Ford or it's on my dime. The door would not even open when I brought it in and was most likely done by the tech that forced the door open. I've reached out to the GM Chris Flynn several times and he always assures me everything will get taken care of. The service manager was supposed to be there at my last appointment but was no where to be found when I got there. This dealership is run by people who have no clue what customer service is and how to follow through on promises. Stay away! More

Whenev Kim Gonzales, Service Advisor, went above and beyond my expectations when I had a problem with my backup camera failing to function at times. Whenever I bought my 2015 Lincoln Mkc into Service Department the camera was functioning and service technicians couldn't find anything wrong with it. Kim initiated a follow up call to me a few weeks after I had the camera checked for the third time. I told her it continued to quit working intermittently, usually when I needed it the most, which was a frustration for me. She then ordered a new camera and called to let me know that it would be in and scheduled a service appointment for the next week. It is so nice to have the new camera working. Kim took the initiative in ordering the camera for my car without my having to ask to have it replaced. I am 200% satisfied thanks to Kim!! More
Jury is still out. I had serious issues with a used vehicle that I purchased from this dealership. Rip Off on Pricing of Repair Work September 2014. Had an engine oil leak, brought it to Gordie Boucher in West Bend. The engine is a year old, and has a 3 year, 100,000 mile warranty o September 2014. Had an engine oil leak, brought it to Gordie Boucher in West Bend. The engine is a year old, and has a 3 year, 100,000 mile warranty on it. It took THREE visits (in a 10 day period of time) for them to finally fix the leak, as each time they seemed more interested in finding "if the warranty would cover it" than actually fixing the leak correctly. My son told them the first visit where the leak was coming from, as since it was under Ford warranty, they should fix it. When I got the car back this last time, the check engine light was on and it shifted horribly (which it has never done). Upon taking it back to them, the same technician that worked on it the previous times said it was a transmission shift solenoid that would cost $500 to repair, because it was such a "big job to do". I don't know the technician's name, but was told numerous time that he was experienced and knowledgeable. Hmmm..... My son bought a $50 transmission shift solenoid at AutoZone, and transmission fluid. Within 15 MINUTES he had drained the transmission fluid, taken the old solenoid out, put new solenoid in and put new transmission fluid back in the car. Runs like a charm! GORDIE BOUCHER SERVICE DEPT WANTED $500 TO DO THIS! My son did it for $70. I won't go back to them again for any reason, nor do I recommend them. Also, beware the Ford warranty, as it "changes", as we were told. Nice job Ford. More
