Repair for botched oil change 3 days earlier Not sure where the service manager was, but I never heard from him. Left a voice mail. Finally got ahold of my original service writer. She was awesome!!! She knew I was extremely angry but, she handled everything like a professional. She kept apologizing, when it wasn't her fault!! She made sure everything was handled in a timely manner. Thank you Kimberly!!! She better be making more than the service manager!!! More

Fast service I just needed to bring my car in for some recall work. not good block heater cord was not ordered and in stock RECALL was told it would be taken care of at service time. now have to make another appt for this . block heater cord was not ordered and in stock RECALL was told it would be taken care of at service time. now have to make another appt for this . last time i was in tire rotation was not done.. this time rotation was done but tire pressure was not adjusted 80 psi for the rear and 60 for the front. this is the 2nd time this has happened...also was looking at new tires and service rep said he would check into some numbers for me never happened . seems your service people are overwhelmed and dont have any time for customers. I pull a large fifth wheel 41ft with this truck and i dont need to worry about it. thats why i come to the dealer for service I want it done right, another thought twice I had to crawl under the truck and tighten the oil filter..dripping on garage floor super happy with the truck but not with the service WILLIAM SOMMER More

Quick efficient I called on Monday and they fit me in on Wednesday. Took less time than they said it might take. Informative and helpful. Worked till the job was done right Scheduled 50K mile service which included tire rotation. They had trouble getting the locking lug nuts off and were not able to complete the rotation Scheduled 50K mile service which included tire rotation. They had trouble getting the locking lug nuts off and were not able to complete the rotation at that time. They rescheduled me for the next available service slot to complete the removal of the locking lug nuts and complete the 50K mile service. I know that some might think that having to return for service might be a problem, but it pointed out a problem that I had yet to experience. If I had needed to change a tire on the road, I would not have been able to, due to the problem with the locking lug nuts. Since the locking lug nuts have been removed and the issue resolved, I can now change a tire on the road when and if needed! Thanks to the service crew at Gordie Boucher! More

One stop shop! I had an appointment for an oil change & tire rotation. While I was waiting to be checked in I saw a sign that said Emissions Testing and/or Registra I had an appointment for an oil change & tire rotation. I needed both done for my vehicle but I didn't have my paperwork on me because I didn't know they did it there. I asked the girl that checked me in about it and within maybe 5 minutes or so my vehicle was tested & my new sticker on my vehicle. That was awesome! More
