While I appreciate the dealer replacing the engine block because I still was under the power train warranty, dealership people offered no concern for my circumstances. I did benefit from a free loaner car, because I still was under the power train warranty, dealership people offered no concern for my circumstances. I did benefit from a free loaner car, but needed to wait over 5 weeks for my car to serviced. And then hen I did get it back, it broke down 3 days later, because the coolant lines were not installed correctly. When I spoke to Joe, he said it is a case of "human error", just need to live with it. No apology. When I spoke of concern about driving car in the future, he felt I was over reacting. I also called the customer service line, and they said things that were in conflict with the dealership's comments concerning warranty. Cannot be sure what to believe, how I would feel about another Ford product. Customer satisfaction needs to be more than just words. More
