We arranged an unscheduled 10 day trip that would take us 5 states away. Unfortunately we had just exceeded the recommended oil change interval on our 2018 Explorer. Larry could have gotten us in the day I called but our schedule wouldn't allow us, but he got us in two days before leaving. They performed the works package efficiently. Special kudos - the Technician not only reset the oil reminder, but returned our electronic instrument cluster back to the settings when we brought it in. Thank you! More

Great rapport with service dept. each time I’ve called. Quick in and out with minimal fuss. I forgot my free oil change card but Brad cleared it and we were on our way. Bradford was an excellent communicator. My car needed a new engine which was under warranty and Bradford was the service man I worked with.
