Worthless I no way shape or form did they resolve the
issue, they know there is a problem, and did not even get close to resolving it. Not to mention a wasted 1 hour trip to the service department reques

Not to mention a wasted 1 hour trip to the service department requested by Michael, the tech wasn't onsite, and I stood outside in the rain waiting while Michael assisted someone with an appointment, full well knowing I just drove an hour and had 30 min max. On top of that, I was leaving for Florida and my mileage warranty will expire at 36k before I return. Wasted my time, won't be back. I will be writing reviews upon my return
