Great Service Department I have a 2017 Ford Explorer that I bought new. I use Gordie Boucher Ford of Kenosha for all my oil changes and they have been great to work with. I have also purchased new tires from them and they have replaced my battery while under warranty. I can't say enough good things about them. Steering Problem I took in my F 150 because I was having intermittent stiffness in the steering. I thought it may be the power steering pump but after a diagnosis by t I took in my F 150 because I was having intermittent stiffness in the steering.
