Service Error My vehicle battery died one month after the service department did not recommend an upgrade at my last service appointment. Needed to get jumped and a My vehicle battery died one month after the service department did not recommend an upgrade at my last service appointment. Needed to get jumped and a brand new battery put in. 2 weeks later the brand new battery failed and needed a replacement. Wasn't until I was checking out that the service rep told me that at anyone of the last 3 appointments I had in the last month and a half that I should have done my "big" 60,000 mile service and tune up. That is just poor customer service to daily to mention the battery or the major service to a customer who has been in repeatedly. More

TIre Replacement Danny took care of it and it was ready when he said it would be. The only thing that would have made it perfect was if the tire would had been stock. Fast service They were really quick at doing an oil change, tire rotation, doing recall on engine heater.
