Clean, professional, and knowledgeable. I experienced a couple issues. 1. My FORD points wasn’t reviewed and had to remind them to apply. 2. I had two cars scheduled in back to back appointments. When asked if we could reverse the cars - it was a big deal. Not sure exactly why it matters and wish they were more flexible. 3. My car has a noise that sounds like a belt issue. They didn’t say anything to me and was supposed to be a multipoint check. Additionally learned they my left turn signal light is out too. More
