The Service employees are kind and not pushy with additional work. When purchasing the car I didn’t appreciate the initial low ball price for my trade in. As always, Gordie Boucher Ford's service department hit a home run for me. I had a remote start installed at Best Buy a year ago and they tapped into the wrong cable for power which prevented my vehicle from home run for me. I had a remote start installed at Best Buy a year ago and they tapped into the wrong cable for power which prevented my vehicle from communicating with the emission testing equipment. The technician re-wired the on board diagnostic hardness and re-wired the remote start. I should have gone to them for the remote start to begin with. Michael Yager, one of the service department staff, was just so helpful throughout this process and ever so nice. More

One of my pet peeves is when I enter an establishment and I am ignored. I understand phone conversations need to progress, and computer input is vital to any business, however, it only takes 10 seconds to ac I am ignored. I understand phone conversations need to progress, and computer input is vital to any business, however, it only takes 10 seconds to acknowledge the person standing in front of you with a simple "one moment please I will be right with you." This courtesy was not extended to me until another service rep intervened and welcomed me. The work on the van was done in a timely fashion. Except now the van is dead in our driveway, new battery was installed on 12/8/20 makes me question the quality of work done. More
