Fixed the 2nd time Hard to believe a connector not properly seated was missed at the factory on a brand new Ford F150 and was missed even by the dealership during its fi Hard to believe a connector not properly seated was missed at the factory on a brand new Ford F150 and was missed even by the dealership during its first appointment to fix the inoperative rain sensor. Dealership went through a full replacement on the first fix overlooking the connector. Good news is the dealership called Ford Service to find other causes to the failure and found the root cause. Bri and team was efficient in finding it this time, fixing and confirming the fix prior to my arrival. My first visit was a 1 star with an argumentative service rep saying it was fixed. Now, I have to give credit to the team for getting it done quickly and effectively. Glad it was raining so I was able to drive off the lot confirming it worked for the first time since I owned it. More

Dead Battery on Escape Dealer responded immediately. Installed new battery and charged 20 bucks. Requires removing air intake housing and all. I spent ~$2500 on var ensure I could use it for another 100K. I called and talked with Mercedes and she helped me with answering any questions I had. I spent ~$2500 on various items (tires, suspension, battery, etc) and she was very informative on why I needed things thing replaced. She also spent her lunch cleaning my car!
