Overall it was good. When I made the appointment I was lead to believe I could get the AC looked at while the vehicle was in for an oil change. Unfortunately that wasn't the case, but Robert got another appointment set up for me before I left. I was a little put off that there was someone else 'working' at the service counter a few desks down from Robert's station, but was seemingly ignoring me while I waited as Robert left to assist the customer in line before me. The other Employee never even looked up, and from where I was it appeared he was on his cell phone. More
