These folks will call you back to back and harass you to pickup your car the second it’s done, they are a bit rude, and don’t seem to have a good handle on their logistics. We scheduled to take our car in for some recall repairs two weeks ahead of time. On the phone they told us they would have to see the car to decide if they needed to order the recall parts - I asked why they wouldn’t order the parts now and I could push the appointment further out if they needed more time, they responded that that’s not how they do things; weird, but okay. The dealership is a 40 minute drive so I wasn’t thrilled at the possibility of having to go twice, but hat are ya gonna do. We dropped the car off and told them we planned to pick it up at the end of the day. As soon as it was done they started calling and not leaving messages, which was weird, but they sent an email saying it was done so we were grateful that it wouldn’t take two visits after all and figured we’d pick up the car after work like we had planned. While we were at work they kept calling repeatedly and then left a cryptic voicemail (their first VM) around 2 saying they really needed to speak with us about an important update on the vehicle - I assumed they had done an inspection now and found a big issue. So I left work to call them back and found out they needed nothing, they were calling because the car was done. What a crock. I started to say we’d be in this afternoon but the employee cut me off to say “so you need to pick it up today because it’s waiting for you”. So bizarre that they were so desperate to get the vehicle out, just park it on the lot and be done like normal people. Meanwhile, we had a Subaru go in for a recall repair the week prior and had the total opposite experience. We got a brand new 2021 Ascent to drive at zero cost to keep for up to 24 hours after the car was ready for pickup, a concierge number to text if we had any questions or needs, they washed the car during the service for free, and did a free 4 page inspection on every piece of it. They didn’t even ask if we needed a rental, just told me right away on the phone when scheduling that they would automatically have one available for me at drop off. This was two really clear pictures of one dealer doing things exceptionally well and one being at Wal-mart level. Meanwhile, their tactics worked because now I think I need to trade my outback for an Ascent. More

A standard oil change appointment took 90 minutes from start to finish and this is unacceptable. Furthermore, the wheel lug lock was removed from the glove compartment and then just left on the passenger start to finish and this is unacceptable. I won’t even get into details on the waiting lobby experience. :( More
