This was a follow up visit to install the rear wiper unit, which had been on order for four weeks. Seemed like a long time to wait for a part, but no explanation was offered. Also, in my experience the person working with me has checked my account and asked about applying my points to the current work. That didn't happen and I do have points that could have been applied. In general, everyone is very professional and the lounge is a great place to wait. I appreciate that news is not the channel of choice for the TV. I love my Corsair! More
