After not hearing anything from,Mr. Martínez, I decided to ca Izayah Martínez, to give me a call at 1:00PM to arrange for the delivery of my vehicle. After not hearing anything from,Mr. Martínez, I decided to call the service department and left a voice message for him to call me back, but that didn’t happen. I had to straight to the dealership to return the loaner and pick up my vehicle. On top of all that, one of the services that they performed on my vehicle, didn’t take care of the problem. I still have the same problem with my AC. More
