I was disappointed that we had to purchase a $5,000 vehicle protection package. We were told due to limited inventory, the dealer needed the additional revenue to keep their doors open. I understood but simply is a terrible time to buy a car. Also, I noticed after getting home and reviewing all the closing papers, there was a $399 service fee that was included in the price. It was my ignorance not to notice and discuss. A service fee to sell me a car?? Just doesn't feel good. Sales staff was most courteous and knowledgeable. I have purchased from Boucher in the past and would go back again. I am however, discouraging my family and friends from buying a car today due to the pressure on pricing. More
