I like working with Duke. I received notice that my brake fluid was low and that you recommend that I have a brake fluid exchange. I just had my brakes done 3 months ago! I would assume that you would brake fluid was low and that you recommend that I have a brake fluid exchange. I just had my brakes done 3 months ago! I would assume that you would have done this as part of the brakes job that was very costly. It states that now you want $129.95 to do this. This does not seem right. Am I missing something? More

Work was scheduled to be complete by noon. Paperwork was lost or misplaced and work didn't start until I called to check status. I knew this was the dealership for me,I had been servicing my 2012 armada for a few years and the prices were not astronomical, and once I decided to upgrade to a 22 armada the sales people were 100 servicing my 2012 armada for a few years and the prices were not astronomical, and once I decided to upgrade to a 22 armada the sales people were 100% on point,they made every effort possible to make my buying experience as seamless as possible... My salesperson Lisa Faucher was amazing,helpfull and informative, Tom was helpful in making the payments fit my budget,and what can I say about Drew...he was a great guy and made me feel at ease with the decisions I made with financing..I can't say enough,if they keep this up I'll have to buy another car from them..lol More
